In New Hampshire, we stopped at the famous Polly's Pancake Parlor for some amazing pancakes - or, as I like to call them, flapJACKS. Polly is right around the corner from the home of Robert Frost. I think the road less traveled led to a pancake parlor. We also visited with our great Emory friend Michelle Ambrose and her great family. They live in Rumney, NH
