Soul, Bison and Sittin' on Tacos

We went to two famous recording studios this week: Stax Records, a.k.a Soulsville, and Sun Studios. Mom bought a CD with lots of songs and we sang along. One, by a guy named Otis Redding, goes, "Sittin' on the tacos today, watching the tide roll away". That's a crazy thing to sing about. At Sun Studios I sat in a booth with my mom and dad and ate a moon pie and drank a Coca-Cola. MMMMMMMMMM. We went letter boxing in the woods outside Memphis and while we walked the trail we saw bison and frogs and turtles. Then we left Memphis to go to Arkansas (which looks like R-Kansas to me) and Missouri. Arkansas has a Wal-Mart.

Jack - never knew that there was Bison in Arkansas. Sounds like you are having a cool trip.

BB Kings was better than Chick-Fil-a? Are you sure about that? What about their milkshakes?

"Sittin' on the tacos?" No wonder he was singing the blues!
